This sure has given me a lot to think about. I'll be careful about searching for the leak.
If I do have a leak, I would expect to notice the smell just getting in the cab, but I don't. I mostly notice it now from the odor my clothes seem to pick up. I have probably been naive about the whole thing, but I just figured that it had gotten into the apolstry. Perhaps I was looking at it the wrong way. The tank seems to hold gas fine while sitting or while I drive on the other tank, but then a pin prick leak probably would act that way.
Thank goodness I don't smoke.
