I just did a Willys Jeep F134 4 cylinder and suggest you go for a whole rebuild if your engine is not satisfactory and budget permits. I paid about $900 to bore .030 over, grind crank, new valve job plus all new related parts and gaskets. I would do a valve job at the very least, but your compression is also on the low side. My 230 makes about 90psi in all cylinders and runs fine with no oil smoke so part of the decision depends on how much you plan to drive it.
