OK, this is a two man job. You need a good air hammer, rivet drivers to fit the hammer which match your rivets, and a bucking bar and some beer. The bucking bar could be any chunk of heavy steel that fits behind the hole you've drilled for the rivet. The Heavier, the better. Your partner holds the bucking bar whilst you handle the air hammer. The rounded head of the rivet against the air gun, and the plain end through the whole against the bucking bar. Practice on scrap is highly desireable. Beer is for your buddy on the bucking bar. Large steel rivets are usually heated red hot prior to bucking. You can keep em glowing in a small BBQ. Any questions?? Practice, Practice, Practice. Safety glasses a must!

Good Luck
Steve
