Installing Chrysler Long Block in 1/2 Ton WC

What are the pros and cons of installing a Chrysler Long Block in a 1/2 Ton WC-12. I have an IND7(236CI) Industrial Motor out of a Welding Unit which I want to install in the Truck. I just purchased a Chrysler "Spitfire" Head (241CI) to mate with the motor to increase the compression. What do you say. Thanks for any input.
