Go to a antique tractor mag and search, these were made by aftermarket supplier and then put together by dodge as option, they are the same conversion used on old tractors, that had no hydra system, they just drag the implement, many will contest this but even if i am wrong you could shred, run a tiller, generator, disc, plow, etc, i have a copy of them i downloaded from somewhere, somebody has the actual part numbers, pics you could reproduce, does your truck have any pto (rear equiptment) hole brackets left? I have thought of this myself just to shred disc garden, looks like the implements were the common garden type sold by many different companies, beleive the belt attachnmet comes off and exposes the pto that doubles as belt and shaft driver, wish somebody would reproduce these as i have never seen but 1 and guy wanted 2000$ with nothibg but arms and broken housing, somebody will post pics i guess, if you want a legit one i think no go, but new aftermarket one could be made very easy if one wanted, are you interested in a 2002 add on, i will post the new arms/pump/line kit they sell currently for the old farm tractors when i find it, antique gas power/tractor mag regularly has there add. Nice how to on the truck, any 8,9 n ford tractor guy will have the mag or address, think new arms with pump lines valve was $600 complete, you will need more hose of course but it so simple and a great add on, posthole digger i saw looks like old ford unit we have on ranch in junk pile.
good luck!
