1974 or 75 custom400 PW ?

While on a wild goose chase this afternoon for backwoods FF PWs, I came across a fairly good (bodywise) custom400 PW. It was not marked as 4-sale but the owner asked if I'd be interested. The 360 did not run but the truck looked as if it had not been sitting long. 4spd ,w/steel flatbed w/hidden gooseneck ball ,6 good tires(duals on back)on
chrome rims.I asked what he'd take,he said $1200, I said I'd be back later to look the truck over.
It did not say W400 but simply custom400 on the fender with powerwagon on the hood.
Does anyone know about this model PW and what axles it may have,etc. It looks factory.
