If all else fails, ohm out all wires in the different circuits. Look for high resistance versus 1 ohm or less on a volt meter. Before making tests, short the leads of your meter together so you will know what is a "short" on your meter. Definitely check for bad ground connections, even run some extra large ground wires just to make sure, battery ground to chassis, engine, body, etc. Untape cable assemblies as a last resort and look for wires that have gotten hot or have worn places and could be touching each other or metal.
