Since the hub is so far inboard, You'd need a special wheel or spacer I think, and the body would be butt ugly where the plastic came off, just smear a little syrup in those holes,...or the 2003 Ram 3500 can now be ordered with single wheels.
With a little work it should be do-able, if you do not buy a new truck. (but a new ISB Cummins or Hemi!! now who could pass that up??) ha!ha!
