Nobody has mentioned dirty or loose connections between the battery cables and the truck. My son had the same problem with his Ford F250. The ground cable connected to the engine block was rusty and dirty. He also had insulation burned off of the positive cable touching a header. Also had loose connections at the battery and at the starter. We put new cables and cleaned all connections and the problem disappeared.
It's an easy fix. You might check the connections anyway.
