Approximate Curb Weight

I just purchased a '55 C-3-PW and I need to trailer it home. My guess is that that old truck weighs about 5,000 lbs. Friends tell me it could be closer to 7,000 lbs. Does anyone know what a complete '55 PW should weigh?
