Go to the Best of the Forum -Diesel in your Dodge article by Charlie Arrons. 5.9 won't fit into a Flat Fender PW. A 3.9 4BT will.
Factor into your conversion, disc brakes, new transmission, 4.89 gears and your talking some big money pretty quick you may not recover if you intend to sell soon.
