From all I have talked to, Do Not use your kitchen stove for powdercoating. Buy a used stove and put it outdoors if you want to powdercoat at home. Bad fumes will leave a nasty taste in Sundays Pork Roast.
This was told to me by the powdercoating pros at the local chrome shope. The bigger the piece, the bigger the oven.
