You can do several things:
- Jack up the tire and rotate until tire touches the ground, mark rim, reverse until tire touches the ground, mark rim. Starting between marks go 180 and mark tire. Dismount tire and rotate to center point of both rim marks. This will recenter wheel on rim and may take care of your out of round condition. If it does not, take your vehicle to a truck tire shop. Most have wheel lathes or buffers that will correct the out of round condition. Unless the out of round condition is corrected, you will never get the shacking out from wheel balancing alone.
