I wish some dodge nut would whip up some cash and buy my truck. I really am trying to finish this house project.Between what Marty paid for it and invested plus what I paid for it and invested into it ,I calculated we have collectively spent $17,000.00 Canadian dollars. Looks like its time to lower the boom to$7000.00 u.s. I have had lots of rare and unique dodges including a wfm 1946 c.o.e. that i found in Wash. state 13years ago and I dont't think I ever made money on any of them..I just love them. I've been drooling over the yellow boom truck and most recently th W500 survey truck butinstead opted for installing heating system in the house so the pipes and/or the wife don't freeze! I've had macks ,reo's, powerwagons, american lafrances and too many Cadillacs to count(just ask Marty...he'll tell ya) but I don't recall ever having such a hard time selling anything like this before. What is it? Too high? Like I said I'm lowering the price $1000.00.u.s. Surely this can't be more than this unit should sell for ... I've been a member of the American truck historical society for 10 years and have seen many a dodge truck and highway rig but few crewcabs of this quality, rarity and originality sell for less than I'm asking! Alright enough ranting...I'm just giving the old dodge tree a good shaking thinking somebody will fall out, come to their senses and reward themselves this Christmass for all their hard work...
