From memory the VC 1 is the second most common type of VC (production of the open cab pickup and Command were about the same)
The other photo of it in the classifieds shows it to be virtually complete and it is certainly worth having, but I wouldn't comment on the asking price.
Steve Greenberg's excellent restored example would be very expensive, but but probably only reflects the work and cash put into the restoration.
My (numerically much rarer) VC 3 hard cab pickup was quite a bit cheaper than this one and came with half a spare truck....
