Who was moving a cab thru CT this morning?

I seen on the side of the road, an early Dodge cab, wdx or pickup. It was on a car trailer being towed by a chevy pickup. It was parked on the side of the road that crosses I84 in Tolland. I stopped but thought someone may be sleeping in the truck and din't need a gunshot wound. ( I'D be carrying ). about 7:30am.
