I don't talk about how much I want a truck, I just buy it when I see it.
I have been in this hobby for many years! I have seen the same trucks sell two and three sometime's four time's, each owner making money on their investment, I have also seen people lose their ass on trucks.
On the other hand I've also seen people go out looking at trucks they find only to offer ridiculous low prices to the owner who gets so pissed they refuse to sell the truck or trucks for years to come.
Todd I consider myself a recycler, I find the trucks and decide wether or not they are worth selling as a whole or parting out, I find the parts people are looking for and I also sell them a heck of alot cheaper than most of the big dealers.
I have bought over twenty trucks this year alone! This is why I don't post what I find unless I'm selling. Where is this book of prices you keep refering to regarding truck prices? or are these just your opionion?
BTW what was the name and # of those two trucks you found down in Kansas?
And the OK truck turned out very nice! Turns out not only was it a $1200 truck it's also a $3000 running,stopping with winch and nice flatbed truck.
