Building is what I do for my real job. The posts below are right on. If you install two 10 X 10 doors you will be better off than one 16 X 8. If you use a typical residential roll up sectional door, you can add one additional section to get the height to 10'. You will later regret not having that extra head room. As for width, you cannot drive into an 8' door without removing or folding your mirrors, too close for comfort, even without mirrors and certainly not enough room to manuver. Raise that ceiling to 12' and enjoy your new shop building for years to come.
