Here's what I know about Power Wagon doors... and it ain't much! The only year to not have the wing windows was '46. I have a '48 that has '46 doors since I don't have wing windows but the doors fit fine. I needed a new regulator and found out only too late that the regulators for those non-wing window doors rolls up differently than the wing window doors. So, I think the doors interchange, but up to what year I don't know. But if you're going to swap them, use the appropriate door guts. I think you can add the wing window and second window to the door (with correct regulator) with not too much hassle. I'd say bid and then use it with or without the wing window (unless you're restoring it to original). Hope my rambling helps somewhat.
