I don't really understand what the problem is here? He did offer it to everyone on the forum. I thought that was the idea of the forum...it gives everyone here the oportunity to learn about all these fantastic vehicles & gives us the chance to find them & possibly even buy them from all over North America without even leaving our office!
You'd probably find if you contacted Gary that he would probably happily give you a price at which he would part with this fantastic truck & end the auction early.
What's wrong with Ebay anyways? Seems like the fairest way to sell something...both for the buyer & the seller.
Is it so wrong to want a fair price for all our hard work locating, maintaining & restoring these trucks?
Lets face it...if I had a truck that I thought would sell for $10,000 on Ebay & my best friend wanted to buy it, the price would be $10,000.....I'm not wealthy enough to give money away just yet.
