one coveted part from the marine series would certainly be the distributor.(centered tang & offset tang, depending on which engine...both were used!) It came equipped with a mechanical tach drive coupling, and that, along with the tach and cable, would be a nice addition to a truck. Other versions drove the tach from the gear driven generator, which won't fit a truck engine. I also received a question about the oil cooler, but this won't work on the truck, as it was made to work with raw water, not engine heated coolant. In later fresh water cooled versions of these engines, a twin heat exchanger did the duty as radiator, so the engine was filled with gycol based antifreeze, but the oil cooler still got the raw water feed due to design. It was bronze throughout, and had a replaceable zinc anode for corrosion protection.
