Someone had replaced the original 318 in my W-100 w/ a passenger car engine. Since the replacement engine came from a auto trans car and my truck has a manual, I had to modify a pilot bushing to fit. MOPAR used a 1/16" smaller pilot hole in cranks used with automatics (don't ask me why). This is the only difference in 318s that I'm aware of. Different camshafts, etc. were probably used in cars vs. trucks but these are easy to swap.
