I take the answer to my question,had anyone converted their PARKING BRAKE to a rotor&caliper type is no. a P.W. loaded with a ton or two coming off a mountain or hauling a trailer approaching a intersection full of rice cans, might give an EMERGENCY status to its parking brake in case of an untimely brake failure!
