Trying to sell a winch for a friend. He took it off of a
military truck years ago, and don't remember or know what type of truck it came off of.
I have it in my possession now.. It is an aluminum housing type, LU2-xxxx. Looking from the front of the
winch, the drive shaft enters the unit on the left side, opposite from the right side like my 1/2 ton.
It has the handle up front, a left to right action type.
Handle on the right side.
The housing is kinda rounded, not squared off like the M37 or M715 that I have seen. Has all of the mounting angles and a roller fairlead with it.Has the
7/16 cable (good shape) on the drum. The cable alone is worth over 150 bucks!!
No PTO or drive shaft.
Anyone know what it may have come off of???
Any one want to buy it for 350 bucks?
I will have it with me at the power wagon rally this sunday. Look me up. I got a restored 1/2 ton closed cab.
