This is a very emotional question and as others have already said, its worth what you want to spend. On the practical side tho, from what you have said in your posting,the PW sound pretty nice and particularly the fact the sheet metal is not rusty. I would not insult the seller and say somthing extremely low. Then again dont go to high. Its probably worth at least 3-4K as is. Of course there are so many variables, ie engine rebuild? there goes 1500$. So count on at least 2000 more to put it in tip top shape. Remember, If you really like it, go for it. Its only money, right! You may hard pressed to come across a nice truck so close to you. Also, consider moving costs. When you have to haul a truck a long way you have to facter that into the cost. If you decide you don't want it,or the seller wants more than your willing to spend, would you be willing to post it on Joe's forum for others to have look at it.
