That sounds like a good source. Do some price comparisons, since some sources charge over a dollar per washer!

NOTE: Don't buy the .180" thick ones. The .065 thickness sounds about right for most of the toothed periphery washers on the M37. The supplier that I got mine from had washers from about .020 on up in thickness, and .020 is too thin.

The original TP washers on the M37 are captive washers, and the IDs on these new washers may be spec'ed for captive use. If so, you will have to grind out a little metal to increase the ID enough to slide them onto the bolts without damaging the threads. Check the ID specs very carefully.

Also, note that these washers are not simply sold by ID, like most washers. You can get washers with different outside dimensions that have the same ID. If you want a true original look, measure both the inside and outside dimensions (and the thickness, too, of course).
