You need a Chelsea 350 series (reversible) PTO for your SM465. That gearbox only came in one configuration and it should be asy to find the PTO, since the SM465 has been made up to quite recently. It was hard getting 350 for my NP540-OD, since it hasn't been made for 25 years. All the differences are in the driven gear shat sticks out of the PTO. It has to match your transmission gear that's going to drive it. If you're looking for a cheap deal, do the following: find a great big truck junkyard and find a 350 series Chelsea from anything. Look at a picture of one first so you don't have to get filthy rubbing the grease off the tag. When you find a 350, take it off the transmission and make sure all the gears are good. Then all you'll need is the gear for your specific application. Before you do this, you'd better talk to a Chelsea sales person and make sure I'm right.
