That's the part number, K2543. A friend of mine gave me
a different place to get it that was a bit cheaper;
I don't have the receipt handy.

It's 8 Degrees F here right now and I just got in from
starting the truck with no problem.

Here's a summary of the build and installation:
1) Install the 16 components in the PC board and solder.
The componenents are on a tape strip in the order you
need them.
2) Mount a heat sink (provided) to the Darlington
transistor that does the hard work (sink the coil to
ground).
3) Solder four wires to the board. I used four different
colors, 18 gage, about 24" long.
4) Make up "dams" with masking tape around the heat sink base and PC
board and pour electrical-grade epoxy into them.
5) I screwed the unit to the firewall just above the
brake master cylinder, with an insulating washer (hardware store.)
6) Remove the condenser.
7) Connect the four wires: +12V with ignition on (not from the
battery, you'll drain it); ground (with a ring terminal, hardware store
also); the low side of the coil (the stud NOT connected to the ballast
resistor); to the points terminal on the side of the distributor.
8) Turn the key and push the pedal!

This was just the type of fix I was looking for - sort of a low tech
version of modern technology.

Hope this helps!

-Mark
