Just uncovered a better shot of the right side panel "Blank". This is how life starts out for a fabrication of this sort. This view shows more clearly the laser-cut openings and features that are necessary to have the unit form up to what it should be! Everything, as much as possible, must be accurately in place to avoid/minimize secondary operations and extra handling. These particular pieces will go through a number of forming operations, using conventional and dedicated tooling. I'll take more pictures as we go along! Dave Maher
