Checked the contacts in the fuse box. They seemed to be tarnished or rusted or both. I took the dremel with a small sanding bit and polished up both connections back to a shining chrome appearance. Stuck the fuse back in and ran it on high for 20 minutes and it got warm to the touch but at no time did I not want to take my finger away from the area that was getting so much heat earlier.

Blower motor was pulling 4-6-8amps from low-medium-high . Didnt show any signs of surges. Maybe they used different metals for the fuse box's and the years are catching up to it and things are rusting or corroding some.
