I would really like to figure this out. What is strange is I have 2 old Dodge Chargers and they dont do it. The 71 Charger is very common with the 74 truck under the dash. Gonna tear into it today and see whats up. This is my foul weather and the last 2 days in the freezing rain hasnt been fun. I kinda fought this problem 2 years ago and it seemed to stop after I ran a ground wire from the blower motor to a grounding block I installed. But it did it every month or so last winter and now its down to 3 blocks of driving.
