Bed Question

My father was involved in an accident yesterday and the bed on his '84 Dodge 1 ton 4x4 is gone. He's fine,Thank God, but scared me to death as I was following him. What I need to know is what years will be a bolt on? Meaning, the same style as he had. I want to fix it up for him and need to know to start searching. Thanks, Kevin
