Any good body shop should be able to work on them. If you need a lot of rust repaired find an individual who does restoration sheet metal work. I did all my rust repair (Cut out and replace) on my doors. Front corners and along lower edges were gone. I did it with no previous experience. A body shop guy looked at them and said I did a great job. Just remember to keep the heat down while welding and only weld an inch or less each time then let it cool.
