I have only seen two other War Horses since 1978. I do not have pictures but I seem to remember that they had "War Horse" lettered on the tailgate. I believe they were painted rather than decaled and were sent to an outside company to be converted. From what I understand about the Macho, Warlock, and Top Hand, they were straight from Dodge (with decals). Not completely sure on the whole range of years that all of these trim options were offered. I do believe however, that the Macho was available at least 1977-1980. The decal graphics changed slightly each year also. There is currently a book available in book stores that shows photos of these models. I will see if I can find the title and publisher.
