Angelo, You can take a set of 2nd series fenders & make them fit a first series very easily. If it was possible to straighten out the flange on the second series fenders, they'd be the same as the first series, but it's easier to cut the flange off & weld on a new strip of metal. There is a slight shape to the fender but a good metal guy can fix them for you. I could email you a picture of the two fenders if you'd like.
