You'll have to pull the timing chain cover as the seal is pressed in/out from the inside of the cover, so I believe you'll have to pull the rad to get to everything. Before you rebolt down the timing cover slide the crank pully hub in first so cover/seal will center itself on the hub, then bolt the cover back down. I had to do thid on my M-37 which takes a different cover ( there are two covers for the 230's ) but I did check my WC-21 manual and it shows the same seal/cover R&R.
