Just Bought '46 WDX PW

How many 1946 WDX PW's are there out there with 360 V8's, I just bought a 1946 WDX andI took out the Chevy 292 cobbled to hell engine, and want to mount an "MOPAR 360 V8" to this mass of iron and see what it will do. I saw the conversion kit on the web for 318 & 360 V8's will this work and is it worth it? And please fill me in with any other advice or comments you may have...
