Paul; was it because you modified your engine? Because you did not register as an antique? Should be able to operate it with it's original equipement as it should be "grandfathered" such as not requring seatbelts, bad example as they put through a law mandating them sooo I will use turn signal, have the law but grandfathered that your truck manufactured without did not need them. Had to explane that to a cop when I was 20 with my '49 Plymouth. Please let us know. thanks
