you have a W300 that might be worth 7,000
you have to buy a FF 9 to 15+ figure 12,000
freight to get FF 1,000
less sheet metal from w300 high <2,000>
less chassis from Flat Fender high <2,000>
FF chasis credit figures winch assy
you might not be able so sell the unusable stuff but if you did you would be at 16k before you did anything else
check with DMV see if you can register the end result
check with your insurance company to see if they would insure the end result
i would takes Kieth's advice get a flat fender upgrade & drive it
but do what YOU want not what the rest of us
might say or DO - your money & time
