winch RPM

Does anyone know how to calculate the rpm's that the winch drum shaft (not the pto) would turn at a given engine rpm ?
I have a flat fender truck....do not know the exact year and would like to hook up a hydralic pump off the end of the winch shaft, the pump needs to turn at 640 rpm, can I get that without running my engine at 2 million rpm ?
