Jonas, I have a 97 4x4 dodge with the 3:54's and they tow well and when not towing the mileage stays in the highr teens and low twenty's. mine is a twelve vavle and i have not heard much bad on 24 vavle's and they are easy to upgrade in power just buya chip and the 5 sp will take it
