I transport a lot of cars and find the average rate is $.40 per mile, open transport on a multicar hauler. Most places will charge extra for a non running car or for a very large/heavy car or truck. Price is less if the delivery and pick up sites are convenient, such as a hauler's yard instead of a private home.
