Our AT&T connectivity has returned to normal, apparently after AT&T rebooted a misbehaving router. We have not been given the full details yet, but no further problems are expected. AT&T reports that they are planning to upgrade the router in question.

We are seeing major failures on AT&T's network in the past five minutes, causing approximately 10% of our outbound traffic to fail. We are working to reroute traffic, and are contacting AT&T regarding the outage.
