My son says it stands for Pretty Hot And Tempting. Used in sayings such as, "That girl is PHAT, Dude!", "Those tires and rims are PHAT, Dude!" and the ever popular "Dude, if I had some of those PHAT speakers, my car would be kickin', Dude!"
And no, he won't be getting his license anytime soon either. My bride told him he needs to learn to drive a stick shift first. I've added the aditional requirement that of being able double clutch the PW first! ;-)
