The only process I know (knew) of was some guys I used 10 or 12 years ago in Conn. It was on a Mil project where we had bad Mil paint job on electronic components. The boxes were machined alum. with silver plating, Mil primer and then 2 coats of Mil spec paint. This guy was able to remove all paint and primer without removing any silver plating. It was a type of bead blasting(dry not wet stripper) operation. I lost 2 units out of 500 + units. Would be a bit pricy to do a truck even if I could find his address.
