Nope. You will also need to change the bell housing. The bolt patterns are different. If you have a winch you will need a different PTO for the NP 420 than what is in the current transmission.
Additionally, the center floor board is different as is the passenger side floor board (the 420 has a different shif tower location and is slightly wider on the passenger side) You can take these 2 floorboard pieces from the 57 and use them in the 52. The only difference will be in the placement of two holes along the forward edge of the center hump. This is not a problem
