Shift Boot Help

I need help finding a part. I'm looking for a tranfer-case lever shift boot for a 74 W200 with a NP205. The only number I can find on my shredded one is 2912306-53495. I don't know if that is a NSN or a factory number. Winter is coming and without a boot it is a little drafty. Thanks in advance
