Yes the nose of a WC will fit a PW. You will need a different radiator, hood, and the top piece of sheet metal over the radiator. The radiator side panels are the same except non winch model WC side panels have a little more metal on the front lower edge. (I actually put PW side panels on my WC carrlyall so I could put a winch on. They use the exact same bolt patterns.) The only other thing that I have not really looked at is the radiator support. I assume that they are the same but I have neve done a direct comparison.

The only limitation that I see in this swap is that the PW radiator has a larger capacity. The PW radiator has that large upper tank. If you have a V8 I would stick with the PW radiator as cooling is marginal with either radiator. There is a lot of heat build up in the small engine compartment and air flow is not that great at lower speeds.

A positive with the WC front end is that you have a little better view of what is in front of you do to the sloped hood.
