Covenants?? - I thought thats where nuns lived :-)

Sorry to hear of your problems. I have never really lived in a gated community but I hear from the condo people I have known that it can be a real bear. Every one on my street seems to be "adding on" to their house. Some people call it mansionization. People will move into the neighborhood and tear down the existing house and put up a two story beheamoth. Guess I am just jealous that they have so much money. I am still saving up for tires. :-)
