Why I live on a ranch - O/T

1) The air is clean (until I fire up one of the PWs). 2) None of the neighbors ever says, "You can't park that junk in front of your house!" (only the wife). 3) It IS a "gated community." 4) No Planning-and-Zoning Smurfs ever get called because I left a vehicle parked on the street overnight (Zoning?, WHAT ZONING???). 5) If I want to work on my vehicles outside 'til past midnight, with the stereo blasting, I don't incur the wrath of any neighbors (only the wife). 6) My brother-in-law's great big house in the great big city cost more than all this elbow room, and he can reach out his window and touch his neighbor's house (I can't even see my nearest neighbor). Sorry, fellas, I guess I just had a revelation of appreciation! Life REALLY IS GOOD! All the best. -D.
